How do we send your orders?
We send your items by First Class Mail or Special Delivery to ensure that your items are with you at the earliest opportunity.

Processing

All orders received by 16:00 are processed on the same day.

All destinations within the UK and the Channel Islands.

Delivery Timscale

Royal Mail currently state that ‘First Class mail aims to deliver your letter or packet the next working day, including Saturday.’ However, it is generally within 3-5 working days.

Please note that Royal Mail do not class parcels as being lost until 15 working days have passed. We feel this is an excessive period of time. However, we do ask that 7 working days be allowed for the delivery of your order. If your order has still not arrived after this point we will re-send your order Free of Charge.
